Welcome to Sussex Wardrobes. Based in Brighton since 1995, we are an independent, local, family-run business with a reputation for designing and installing bespoke fitted wardrobes to a high standard. You will receive a very reliable, personal and professional service from Sussex Wardrobes. All communication will be directly with Sussex Wardrobes’ owner, Dave Golden who has many years experience designing and installing fitted wardrobes.
All of our cabinets are manufactured in the UK, either in our local workshop or from one of our long-standing suppliers. Our sliding doors are available in a wide range of styles and finishes, we have something for every taste and style.
We take care of everything from the initial designing to the finished installation of your new fitted wardrobe. Every wardrobe we build is unique and we only work for private clients.
We are an independent business, this means we are able offer a wide range of quality products. We are also carpentry experts with 30 years experience.
We do not apply any sales pressure. We are here to offer you professional advice and provide you with a straightforward quote, with no obligation and no hidden extras.
We hand finish our wardrobe exterior panels and the framework that surround our made-to-measure sliding doors. Our tried and tested system for installing wardrobes takes care of uneven walls, floors and ceilings without leaving any gaps. All of our wardrobe interiors, drawers and shelving are made of solid panels and materials. With careful planning, we will design you a wardrobe interior that utilises all of the space available. Before you place an order with us, we will go over everything in detail and make changes to the layout if required. Along with our own workshop made wardrobe furniture, we have two product ranges of high quality interior units that we often integrate into our designs to help reduce the overall cost of your fitted wardrobe with no compromise on quality.
We provide free designs, quotes and home design visits. Our Design & Quote page provides you with all of the information needed to get started.
We do not employ salespeople or run costly showrooms which enables us to keep our prices very competitive for the level of quality we provide. We also do not apply any sales pressure and allow you to take as much time as you need to make a decision. We are here at all times to answer any questions you have.
The majority of our work comes from word-of-mouth recommendations and our customer reviews. We have many returning customers who contact us when moving house and require a new fitted wardrobe.
